I had tried the Focus & Clarity gum and like the peppermint taste and feel and the pocket size package is a nice touch. Like vitamins, I don't feel some drastic change in feeling but subtle over time. And like vitamins, I know that it's good for my body and health. So I bought the bulk bag of Focus & Clarity gums to try since I like to chew gum. When I opened it and tried, thought they sent me the wrong bag since it seemed hard like the mint but then in a few seconds it softens to be the gum. It's like a two-fer: one gum to start and another gum to finish. I use my empty gum case to house more gum on the go and replenish with the bulk bag so I got my system in place. I enjoy this gum. I like the flavor and I like the way it awakens my mind in the morning. I actually keep a pack of it next to my bedside table so that on my work day mornings I can chew a piece when I get up and by the time I get downstairs I'm hardly feeling like I need a cup of coffee. It also helps my tennis game. I feel like I am so much quicker on the court. I highly recommend it.

I had to stop using it. I am naturally hyperactive, and hoped it would help me focus. Instead, I was literally bouncing off the walls to exhaustion. Definitely a warning for anyone else that wakes up before dawn with enough adrenaline to launch a rocket. Other folks have since been introduced to this magic gum, and love it.
